Thinking of making a derv
The only reason I have been playing my warrior in Elonia is ...well...I think he looks cool. And he is very effective. But I think Dervs may be actually better than warriors for most things...PvE multiple enemies, self-sufficient healing, PvP DPS and spikes, etc. Not sure really how they compare. So I would like to try it out...even though I still don't like the Derv "dress" and the Scythe (looks-wise I mean). But anyway, I don't see a lot of build templates going around.
So here is an idea for a basic self-healing damage inducing build that may be good for both PvE and PvP.
[note: I noticed that somepeople have been putting graphic buttons in the posts and if you mouse-over them, you get a skill description. Can anyone tell me how this is done?]
I'm building two builds here. Each one has a pvp and a pve version, so in a sense there are 4 builds here.
Build 1 [Scythe 15 or 16, rest split even between Earth and Mysticism]

Wearying Strike Scythe Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +1...25 damage and inflict a Deep Wound for 3...9 seconds. You suffer from Weakness for 10 seconds.
Avatar of Melandru Elite Form. For 15..63 seconds, you have +200 Health, you are unaffected by Conditions, and your attacks deal earth damage. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds.
Mystic Sweep Melee Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +5...9 damage for each Enchantment on you (maximum 30 bonus damage).
Reaper's Sweep Elite Scythe Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +10...34 damage. If your target was below 50% Health, you also inflict a Deep Wound for 5...17 seconds.
Vital Boon Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, you have +40...88 maximum Health. When this Enchantment ends, you are healed for 75...175 Health.
Signet of Pious Light Signet. Lose 1 Enchantment. Target ally is healed for 30...102 Health. If an Enchantment was removed in this way, this Signet recharges immediately.
Mystic Regeneration Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, you have +1...3 Health regeneration for each Enchantment on you.
Heart of Fury Enchantment Spell. For 5...17 seconds, you attack 33% faster. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes are set on fire for 1...3 seconds.
Eremite's Attack Melee Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +5...9 damage for each adjacent foe (maximum 30 bonus damage).
Aura of Thorns Enchantment Spell. All nearby foes are Crippled for 4...9 seconds. For 30 seconds, this Enchantment does nothing. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes begin Bleeding for 5...13 seconds.
Conviction Stance. For 10...30 seconds, you have +24 armor while enchanted, otherwise you have +1...3 Health regeneration.
Grenth's Fingers [edit] Enchantment Spell. All nearby foes are struck for 20...68 cold damage. For 30 seconds, your attacks deal cold damage. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes are Crippled for 4...9 seconds.
